Tourist favorite destinations in Pangandaran are West And East Coast Beach Pangandaran. They often travel to Pangandaran for holiday using private vehicles which can cause traffic congestion, especially during peak season. Therefore, bike-sharing system can make a new alternative mobility option. The most important thing in managing bike-sharing system is to plan optimal location bike-sharing station and determine bicycle lane route. Data collection techniques used primary data, consist of AHP methode and road inventory survey, while secondary data used road network, land use, terminal distribution and bus stop maps. The analysis technique used is SMCA (Spatial Multicriteria Analysis) to determine the potential location of bike-sharing stations and analysis of determining bicycle lane routes by considering the technical guidelines in bicycle lane planning, road conditions from road inventory surveys, and potential location points of bike-sharing stations. The purpose of this research is to know which areas in West and East Coast Pangandaran are potential for planning bike-sharing stations and route bicycle lane. Jasa Marga Tbk dan merupakan salah satu jalan tol yang cukup sibuk di Indonesia dikarenakan lokasinya yang menghubungan tempat penting yang dapat diakses melalui jalan tol Jakarta – Tangerang. Melihat pentingnya peran jalan tol ini, maka pada penelitian ini mengkaji penentuan penanganan kerusakan jalan yang ditinjau berdasarkan metode PCI serta membandingkan hasil yang didapatkan dengan hasil metode IRI pada proyek pemeliharaan jalan tol Jakarta – Tangerang. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan menggunakan metode PCI pada ruas jalan tol Jakarta-Tangerang STA 18+400 – 21+300 ditemukan bahwa kerusakan yang terjadi teramati didominasi oleh tingkat medium. Adapun hasil perhitungan didapatkan rata-rata sebesar 80,3 dengan kondisi sangat baik dan sebesar 74,6 dengan kondisi sangat baik. Untuk penanganan pemeliharaan ruas jalan tol Jakarta-Tangerang STA 18+400 – 21+300 baik menggunakan metode PCI (Pavement Condition Index) dan metode IRI (International Roughness Index) memberikan rekomendasi dilakukan pemeliharaan rutin. Rasio jumlah kendaraan terhadap jumlah penduduk di kota Yogyakarta pada tahun 2022 sangat tinggi yaitu sebesar 1,52 dibandingkan DIY sebesar 0,84 dan Nasional sebesar 0,54. Sistem pergerakan lalu lintas sebagian besar adalah pergerakan untuk bekerja dan sekolah yang merupakan pergerakan rutin harian. Data penumpang bus Trans Jogja dari jenis pekerjaan ASN/POLRI/TNI tahun 2022 hanya sebesar 4%. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui karakteristik perjalanan, mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi minat menggunakan angkutan umum untuk perjalanan kerja, dan mendapatkan model yang dapat menjelaskan pengaruhnya. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode analisis deskriptif, Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA), dan Structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Tahapan penelitian ini terdiri dari penyusunan variabel dan hipotesisnya menjadi model konseptual yang selanjutnya dilakukan pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 334 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa sebagian besar ASN Pemerintah Kota Yogyakarta tidak pernah menggunakan angkutan umum untuk perjalanan kerja. Kendaraan yang digunakan untuk perjalanan kerja sebagian besar kendaraan pribadi/dinas. Therefore, it is necessary to have a transportation network with good conditions and service levels that can connect each other between regions quickly and easily. One solution to overcome this condition is to build toll roads to pass traffic safely, comfortably, smoothly and even economically. The Cibitung-Cilincing toll road section is part of the Jakarta Outer Ring Road II (JORR II) located in a North-South direction corridor, starting from the Cibitung Interchange on the Jakarta - Cikampek Toll Road KM 25, heading north in Babelan sub-district and continuing to West direction meets the North Outer Ring at the Cilincing interchange. This research was conducted as a reference and recommendation for the current Cibitung - Cilincing toll road tariff. The number of respondent samples used was 100 respondents in class 1 vehicles, and 120 respondents in class 2 vehicles. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires and direct interviews related to the socio-economic characteristics and travel characteristics of the respondents. The tariff recommendation that will be obtained is by using the Ability to Pay (ATP) and Willingness to Pay (WTP) approaches. The results of the study can be seen the socio-economic characteristics and travel characteristics of toll road users. The average ATP value in group 1 was Rp. 2,233/Km and for group 2 is Rp. 2,408/Km. The research emphasized the importance of raising public awareness, developing improved detection technologies, and enforcing strict regulations. Various methods, including computer vision and physiological monitoring, were evaluated to detect driver fatigue and enhance safety through early warnings and advanced detection systems in vehicles. A systematic literature review (SLR) analyzed recent advancements, identified relevant articles, and synthesized findings to highlight current trends, gaps, and potential improvements in driver fatigue detection technology. The study found that driver monitoring systems had played a significant role in reducing traffic accidents, highlighting the importance of enhancing public awareness, advancing monitoring technologies, and enforcing strict regulations. Various methods, including computer vision and physiological monitoring, had been evaluated for their effectiveness in monitoring drivers and improving safety through early warnings and advanced detection systems in vehicles. The SLR identified current trends, gaps, and potential improvements in driver monitoring technology. Future research needed to focus on integrating various evaluation metrics, enhancing physiological monitoring techniques, optimizing overall system performance, and improving user experience. This study aims to identify strategies for implementing green mobility in urban areas using the SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) and STP (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning) analysis approaches. This study uses a qualitative method based on literature studies that examine various sources related to policies, infrastructure, and green mobility practices in various cities. The results of the SWOT analysis show that the main strength of green mobility implementation lies in green mobility being an environmentally friendly transportation with low operational costs and can reduce congestion, although there are weaknesses in terms of inadequate infrastructure and resistance to behavioral change. Opportunities that can be utilized include support from government policies and global trends towards smart cities and increased investment in the environmentally friendly transportation sector, while threats faced by resistance from the conventional vehicle industry include high dependence on private motor vehicles. In the STP analysis, market segmentation is carried out based on geographic, demographic, and psychographic characteristics, targeting urban workers who are more open to environmentally friendly transportation solutions. Green mobility is positioned as an efficient, cost-effective, and environmentally friendly transportation option. Based on the analysis results, it is suggested that transportation policies that support green mobility focus on developing better infrastructure, educational campaigns, and policy support from the government.
